With a Master's in Healthcare Management and Change, I bring deep expertise in system-wide transformation, clinical procurement, and evidence-based innovation. I’ve led complex change initiatives, influenced national policy, and partnered with organisations to improve outcomes, optimise workforce capability, and embed sustainable solutions.
My approach is grounded in building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating governance and compliance with confidence, and using data to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
